Kittens
Kittens should be vaccinated at 8 weeks, 12 weeks and 16 weeks. These immunizations protect your kitten from feline respiratory diseases and feline leukemia until one year of age. At 16 weeks a Rabies vaccination should be given. This protects your cat until it is one year of age.
Adult Cats
Vaccinations against feline respiratory diseases and feline leukemia are highly recommended on an annual basis for all adult cats. Rabies vaccinations should be boosted every 3 years after the 1st yearly booster.
Puppies
Puppies should be vaccinated at 8 weeks, 12 weeks and 16 weeks. These immunizations protect your pup from Distemper and Parvovirus until he/she is 1 year old. At 16 weeks a Rabies vaccination is recommended. This protects for one year.
Adult Dogs
A yearly vaccination against Distemper and Parvovirus is recommended for all adult dogs. A Bordetella vaccination against Kennel Cough should be given every 6 months if the dog is boarded or around other dogs. Rabies vaccination should be boosted every 3 years after the 1st booster. |
