Food Animal Services

GVC offers a variety of food animal services both in clinic and in the field. The majority of our patients are beef cattle, but we also provided a variety of services including sheep, goat and camelids.

We also offer individual animal services for a range of species including small ruminants and camelids.

Cattle Services

• Pregnancy diagnosis
• Fertility testing
• Regulatory testing (Brucellosis, Tuberculosis and Trichomonas)
• Vaccination
• Individual cow medicine and surgery
• Neonatal calf intensive care

Other Species

We provide a variety of services for other species of livestock:

• Preventative Care: Vaccination, deworming, foot care
• General medical and surgical services (sick animals, castration, caesarean section)
• Emergency services for all large animals
• Dystocia assistance for Llamas and Alpacas
