Small Animal Services

Glenwood Veterinary Clinic offers many services for the small animal patient. Yearly wellness exams, (as well as) vaccinations and microchipping can all be preformed in a routine appointment. Diagnostic services offered include an in house laboratory, ultrasound, and our new state of the art digital radiography. Routine surgical services include spays and neuters as well as dentistry using an ultrasonic scaler and polisher. More extensive surgeries performed include fracture repair, cruciate ligament reconstruction, and exploratory abdominal surgery. We are pleased to introduce radiowave technology to our surgical armamentarium. We now have the ability to offer your pet shorter anesthesia and post-surgical healing times while decreasing pain, swelling, and blood loss. Radiowave surgery also has a reduced risk of infection. Please call to find out more about our small animal services and facilities.

Acupuncture

GVC is proud to offer acupuncture for all animals as part of an integrative approach to veterinary medicine. Dr. Angie Bolger completed an extensive course in Veterinary Medical Acupuncture at Colorado State University this past winter. Acupuncture can be of great value in managing musculoskeletal problems, lameness, arthritis, chronic pain, digestive, reproductive and urinary tract disorders. Acupuncture integrates itself very well into traditional veterinary practice
